Winter Indoor Training Sessions

Six indoor training sessions have been set up over the league winter break. They will take place at Hucknall Leisure Centre, Linby Rd, Hucknall, Nottingham NG15 7TX on the first three Wednesdays of December and January - 6th, 13th, 20th of December and 3rd, 10th, 17th of January. The sessions run from 6pm until 7pm. The sessions will start promptly so we can maximise the time we have booked.
A payment of £20 up front will cover all six sessions. Otherwise it will be £3.50 per session.
This is an excellent way to ensure we keep our fitness and skills levels up between the two halves of the league season.
Let's all work hard at starting the second half of the season with none of the usual post Xmas/New Year dip in availability and form!
Please let your team captain know if you are intending to come to the sessions so that we can gauge how many people to expect.
