Welcome to Notting-Hill Junior Hockey Club; girls and boys aged 6-13 – your hockey journey starts here!

This is a collaboration between Nottingham Hockey Club and Redhill Ladies Hockey Club, to develop future generations of this fabulous sport. Our younger members are supported by a team of excellent coaches, who will help them to find their place on the hockey pitch. It is a great place to develop social skills, fitness and co-ordination, as well as make new friends and have a giggle.

Tournaments are run throughout the year with teams of mixed ability and gender with the emphasis again on having fun and learning. We don’t have A, B, C teams etc. so we can ensure that every child experiences winning, losing, and playing with children of different abilities. Coaches will be emphasing positive leaning experiences wherever possible.

Once they graduate to adult hockey at the age of 13, they will train and play with Redhill and Nottingham accordingly.

Notting-Hill training takes place 6.15 - 7.15 on Tuesday evenings at Goosedale. There will also be several tournaments, held on Sunday mornings at various locations.  Sessions run from the beginning of September until the end of April.

The first session is free for new players, with payment options for subsequent sessions as follows:

Pay as you Play	£4 per child per week
Full Half-Term Up Front	£25 per child
Full Year Up Front	£100 per child

The Full Year Up Front deal needs to be paid before October.  Note that it's for the full academic year, so works out at a little over £2.50 a session!  Note also that these fees only cover the Tuesday training sessions; competition matches are charged separately.
