John Rose

I am sorry to have to inform you that John Rose passed away weekend of 11th Nov. He had been poorly for a little while.

As most of you will know, John was a long term Notingham HC member through and through and was highly respected by all of us that knew him.

Not only did he play for the club as a dazzzling forward but he also helped with the buildings when asked and became our " drains expert" for many years

Noel Bexon

I am sorry to have to tell you that Noel Bexon died Thursday 28th Sept; he had been poorly for a little while.

As most of you will know,Noel joined Nottingham H C when Notts Gregory closed down. He was a pleasure to be with, kind, courteous,and a hard worker- a real asset to NHC. He did of course dislike intensely being criticised when umpiring, however we all know some others from that mould!
